You may correct personal information we hold that is inaccurate. You can access the personal information we hold about you by logging into your account and correct the personal information by contacting us.

(3)Erasure
You may delete certain personal information, by contacting us. We may need to retain personal information if there are valid grounds under data protection laws for us to do so (for example, for the defence of legal claims or freedom of expression) but we will let you know if that is the case.

(4)Restriction of Processing to Storage Only
You may have a right to require that we stop processing the personal information we hold about you (other than for storage purposes in certain circumstances). Please note, however, that if we stop processing the personal information, we may use it again if there are valid grounds under data protection laws for us to do so (for example, for the defence of legal claims or for another’s protection). 7.Children, Parents & Guardians

Children must not use the Service for any purpose, unless their parent or guardian has provided lawful consent (to the extent this option is available in your jurisdiction).

For the purpose of this section, "child" or "children" means a minor who is under the age of digital consent required by local applicable law.

Our Services are intended for a general audience. For certain Services that may appeal to younger players, we take measures to verify player ages, require verifiable parental consent for processing of children's personal information, and implement high privacy-by-default settings to protect children's privacy. These measures also include:

• Seeking verifiable parental consent to process a child's personal information as required by law.

10.Language

Except as otherwise prescribed by law, in the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and local language version of this Privacy Policy, the English version shall prevail.

SUPPLEMENTAL JURISDICTION-SPECIFIC TERMS

Some jurisdictions’ laws contain additional terms for users of the Service, which are set out in this section. If you are a user located in one of the jurisdictions below, the terms set out below under the name of your jurisdiction apply to you in addition to the terms set out in our Privacy Policy above.

1.the United States (California)

This section applies to California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended, effective January 1, 2023. Additionally, Virginia (effective January 1, 2023), Colorado (effective July 1, 2023), Connecticut (July 1, 2023), and Utah (December 31, 2023) have passed laws extending similar privacy rights to their consumers. For purposes of this section, “personal information” and “sensitive personal information” have the meanings given in the CCPA and do not include information excluded from the CCPA’s scope.

We are continuously working to better comply with these laws, and we will update our processes, disclosures, and this notice as these implementing rules are finalized.

• (1) PERSONAL IDENTIFIERS, (e.g. user name, password, email address, social media handles, and any open field such as chat records), collected from you (both directly and through your use of our games and services), and Social Media and other third-party accounts, if you choose to link them.

We collect such category of your personal information to create a user account for you so that you could accept our service.

• PROTECTED CLASSIFICATIONS, (e.g. age/date of birth, gender), collected from you (both directly and through your use of our games and services).

We collect such category of your personal information to provide personalized service to you.

• COMMERCIAL INFORMATION, (e.g. order details/purchase history, subscriptions, refunds, payments, gifts, unclaimed property information), collected from you (both directly and through your use of our games and services), and our third-party payment processors.

We collect such category of your personal information to provide personalized service to you.

• ACTIVITY INFORMATION, (e.g. region, activity log, cookies, operating systems and versions, licenses details, forum content, wish list, game-play information, including match data, progress and history, game stats, unlocks), collected from you (both directly and through your use of our games and services), and our affiliates.

We collect such category of your personal information to improve our service and provide personalized service to you.

• INFERENCES ABOUT A PERSON, (e.g. reputation, experience, influencer type, interests), collected from you (both directly and through your use of our games and services), our affiliates and business partners, and Social Media and other third-party accounts, if you choose to link them.

We collect such category of your personal information to provide personalized service to you.

• GEOLOCATION DATA, (e.g. coarse geolocation based on IP address, IP address), collected from you (both directly and through your use of our games and services). WE DO NOT COLLECT YOUR PRECISE GEOLOCATION.

We collect such category of your personal information to support the functionality of our service.

• CONTENT OF COMMUNICATIONS, (e.g. audio, speech to text chat transcription, information submitted in forums, chat, or message boards, communications with customer service), collected from you (both directly and through your use of our games and services).

We collect such category of your personal information to improve our service and provide personalized service to you.

• SENSITIVE INFORMATION. The only sensitive personal information we may collect from you is your account log-in in combination with password or access code with which you could log into our service. Please note that while we may collect you geolocation data based on your IP address, such geolocation data is approximate, e.g., your city, but not your street, so that it is not sensitive personal information. We will not collect your precise geolocation data, which is sensitive personal information.

We collect such sensitive information for the purpose of providing service to you.

We determine the retention period for each of the categories of personal information listed above based on (1) the length of time we need to retain the information to achieve the business or commercial purpose for which it was obtained, (2) any legal or regulatory requirements applicable to such information, (3) internal operational needs, and (4) any need for the information based on any actual or anticipated investigation or litigation.

(2)Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

You have the right to know whether your personal information is being sold. Your personal information is sold when it is shared with a third party in exchange for valuable consideration for a purpose that is not a “business purpose” as set forth in the CCPA. We do not sell your personal information.

You have the right to know whether your personal information is being shared. Sharing means renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, a consumer's personal Information by the business to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may provide third parties, your device identifier, but only if you affirmatively allow us to collect them, and your IP address.

(3)Right to Know, Right to Receive, Right to Correct, Right to Delete

You have the right to:

• Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected and retained about you over the previous 12 months.
• Receive a copy of your personal information we retain at the time of your request.
• Correct your personal information we retain which are inaccurate.
• Delete your personal information we retain at the time of your request. Before providing the required services, we may ask to verify your identity or the identity of your authorized agent.

(4)Right to “Opt-out” of “Sale” or “Sharing”

You have the right to “opt-out” so that a business can no longer sell your personal information, or transfer or make available of a consumer's personal information by the business to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not for monetary or other valuable consideration. We not sell your personal information, so we do not offer an opt out for “Sale”. We may provide third parties, your device identifier, but only if you affirmatively allow us to collect them, and your IP address.

(5)Financial Incentives

You have the right to know the financial incentives, if any, for sharing your personal information we collect. We do not provide any financial incentives to you for sharing your personal information.

(6)The Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information

You have the right to limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. The only sensitive personal information we may collect from you is your account log-in in combination with password or access code with which you could log into our service. We do not collect any other sensitive personal information. Regarding the account log-in in combination with password or access code, we will automatically limit its use of them to that which is necessary to perform the services, and we will not disclose such information to third parties, so that we are not required to provide a method for submitting a request to limit use or disclosure of such information.

(7)No Retaliation

You have the right to avoid any discrimination because your exercise of your rights. We will not deny your access to our service, or provide different prices or qualities of services because you exercise your rights.

2.Japan

If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain your parent’s or legal guardian’s consent to use the Service.

By accepting this Privacy Policy and using our services, you consent to the transfer of your personal information to third parties (if any), which may include the cross-border transfer of your information to any country where we have databases, affiliates or service providers, and, in particular, to the jurisdictions specified in Section 3 (How We Store and Share Your Personal Information).

The categories of personal information specified in to the jurisdictions specified in Section 2 (How We Process Your Personal Information) may include “special care-required personal information” (i.e., sensitive information as detailed under applicable law), and you consent to the collection of such information.

You may request us to notify you about the purposes of use of, to disclose, to make any correction to, to discontinue the use or provision of, and/or to delete any and all of your personal information which is stored by us, to the extent provided by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan. 3.Thailand

By accepting this Privacy Policy and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, you must not use the Service.

If you are under the age of 20, you undertake that you have obtained your parent or legal guardian’s consent to use the Service.

To the extent provided for by the Thai Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may:

• withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data (only where the legal basis for our processing is consent); however, please note that where consent is required to process your personal data, we may not be able to deliver the expected service without it;
• request us to provide you access to, make any correction to, cease any automated processing or profiling (if applicable), discontinue, restrict the use or provision of and/or erase your personal data;
• request us to provide you or a third party with your personal data which is stored by us in a machine readable format; and/or
• lodge a complaint to a relevant authority.

4.Malaysia

In the event you are agreeing to this Privacy Policy in order for a minor to access and use the Service, you hereby consent to the provision of personal information of the minor to be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and you personally accept and agree to be bound by the terms in this Privacy Policy. Further, you hereby agree to take responsibility for the actions of such minor, and that minor’s compliance with this Privacy Policy.

Right of access: You have the right to request access to and obtain a copy of your personal information that we have collected and is being processed by or on behalf of us. We reserve the right to impose a fee for providing access to your personal information in the amounts as permitted under law. When handling a data access request, we are permitted to request for certain information to verify the identity of the requester to ensure that he/she is the person legally entitled to make the data access request.

When handling a data correction request, we are permitted to request for certain information to verify the identity of the requester to ensure that he/she is the person legally entitled to make the data correction request.

Right to limit processing of your personal information: You may request to limit the processing of your personal information by using the contact details provided above. However, this may affect our provision of the Service to you.

5.Philippines

You are entitled to the following rights:

• Right to be informed. You may in certain circumstances have the right to be informed whether personal data pertaining to you is being, or has been processed, including the existence of automated decision-making and profiling.
• Right to object. You may in certain circumstances have the right to object to the processing of your personal information, including processing for direct marketing, automated processing or profiling.
• Right to access. You may in certain circumstances have the right to seek reasonable access to, upon request, your personal information.
• Right to rectification. You may in certain circumstances have the right to dispute an inaccuracy or error in your personal information and have us correct it, unless the request is vexatious or otherwise unreasonable.
• Right to erasure or blocking. You may in certain circumstances have the right to suspend, withdraw or seek the blocking, removal or destruction of your personal information.

6.Indonesia

By accepting and consenting to this Privacy Policy, you agree that we may collect, use and share your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, as revised from time to time. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you must not access or use our services and we have the right to not provide you with access to our services.

If you are under the age of 21, you undertake that you have the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

In the event we fail to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information, we will notify you through the contact information provided by you or via the Service, to the extent required by local laws and regulations.

You are responsible for making sure that any personal details which you provide to us are accurate and current. 7.Hong Kong

As a Hong Kong data subject you have legal rights in relation to the personal information we hold about you (to the extent permitted under applicable laws and regulations). You are entitled to make a subject access request to receive a copy of the data we process about you, a data correction request as well as a right to reject to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. A fee may be chargeable by us for complying with a data access request.

8.Macau

You have the right not to provide your personal information. However, as a result, we may not be able to provide the Service to you. As a Macau data subject you have legal rights in relation to your personal information (to the extent permitted under applicable laws and regulations). You are entitled to make a subject access request to request a copy of the data we process about you, to make a data correction request, and have the right to oppose the use of your personal information for marketing or any other form of commercial prospecting, or on any grounds of personal nature. A fee may be chargeable by us for complying with a data access request.

9.Taiwan

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 7 or knowingly allow such persons to use the Service platform. If you are under 7 years of age, please do not attempt to use our Service or send any personal information about yourself to us. No one under the age of 7 may provide any personal information to us while using the Service. In the case of users located in Taiwan, persons under the age of 20 are required to obtain parental/guardian consent prior to using the Service.
